"Been meaning to drop you a line for some while now. I attended the training course you held at
Intellect on 2nd May. I am using the four pillars technique to focus my presentations all the time
and has had an impact on my presentations.
However, greater than that is the fat breathing - I never quite realised how shallowly I breathe nor the effect that had, not only on presentation delivery but also on my stress levels. My instinct under stress is to freeze and shallow breathe. By breathing properly with fat breathing it has made asignificant difference.
So thank you very much - the course has made an positive and tanigible impact."

The Personal Impact & Presentation course was effective, and provided some great tips, tricks
and practical exercises. Charles, the trainer, focused upon individual styles and identified ways in
which to improve our planning, delivery and overall impact. There were remarkable
improvements between our initial morning 2 minute presentations, and the ones at the end of
the day! What’s more, it was all extremely enjoyable.

Hi Charles, thank you. It was a fascinating day. I truly value the feedback and insight you (and the
group) provided. Some of the stuff you taught about 'getting over your self' is the key and main truth
to life... I struggle with that sometimes! ?? Easier said than done, and we can forgive ourselves... It's
a daily practice. A regular reboot.

PS. I have already started telling my 7 yeah old son; 'if it is sounded, it is heard' when he (sometimes) 'drops' his T's. I'm sure he will do the same to me.

‘Charles has just completed another excellent 'Personal Impact and Presentation Skills' course
